Role: Informatica MDM Hub Lead
We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Hub Lead with a strong backend focus to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SQL, PLSQL, and various Informatica MDM functionalities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Informatica MDM Hub solutions.
- Develop and maintain SQL and PLSQL scripts for data manipulation and analysis.
- Configure and manage match rules, data sources, and mappings within Informatica MDM.
- Focus on backend processes and table structures to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Develop and implement procedures for data merging, un-merging, and external matching.
- Utilize API packages for data integration and management.
- Perform thorough data analysis and impact analysis for system changes.
- Implement and manage SIF packages and User Exits as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of data within the MDM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Informatica MDM Hub.
