Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Hub Lead to join our team for an onsite position in Titusville, NJ. This role requires a strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and extensive experience with Informatica MDM Hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Informatica MDM Hub solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data mappings, and data quality rules within Informatica MDM Hub.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Informatica MDM Hub components, including matching, merging, and survivorship rules.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior MDM developers.
  • Ensure data integrity, data quality, and adherence to data governance policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Informatica MDM Hub implementations.
  • Work closely with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the performance and scalability of the MDM environment.
  • Develop and execute test plans for MDM solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Master Data Management and Informatica technologies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Informatica MDM Hub Lead or in a similar senior role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Informatica MDM Hub architecture and functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality concepts.
  • Experience with SQL and database technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Additional Information

This is an onsite position located in Titusville, NJ. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
