Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Informatica Technical Lead or Lead ETL Developer to join our dynamic team in Research Triangle Park (RTP), North Carolina. This onsite role is critical for driving our data integration strategies and ensuring the robustness of our ETL frameworks. As a lead, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining complex data warehouse solutions that support large-scale enterprise operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data lifecycle management and a proven track record of delivering high-performance data solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
- Architect data warehouse solutions utilizing Teradata, Oracle, and Unix environments to ensure scalability and performance.
- Perform extensive data analysis and ETL logic design to transform complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide expert-level SQL development and database optimization, specifically within Teradata environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive customer-centric solutions, representing the technical team in high-level meetings.
- Manage version control using GIT and oversee task management through Jira tools.
- Implement and manage job scheduling using Control M and DBT to ensure timely data processing.
- Conduct query performance tuning to optimize data retrieval and processing speeds.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Technical Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter (ETL framework) is a mandatory requirement.
- Extensive hands-on development experience with Teradata and Oracle databases.
- Strong command of Unix scripting and SQL development.
- Knowledge of Snowflake cloud data warehousing is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience with Cisco Finance Data Analysis (including Booking, Revenue, and iACV) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Control M and DBT.
- Familiarity with version control systems like GIT and project management tools like Jira.

Special Requirements
Onsite at RTP, NC. Domain restriction: Cisco Finance Data Analysis experience (Booking, Revenue, iACV) is an advantage.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $190,000 per year (Estimated)
