Job Description:
Manages and coordinates the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity. Develops and maintains project plans and other artifacts as required using PTC or other established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies. Coordinates with business owners and other analysts to define and refine the project scope. Performs project management duties through the entire project lifecycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Conducts lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement. Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients. Adheres to the PTC PMO Playbook and referenced artifacts. Perform tasks and other duties as related to this position and role and assigned by the Commission.
Desired Skillset:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of expertise in project/project management of projects of various size and subject matter, including but not limited to integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management. Experience related to Long-haul Fiber Networks, Facility/Campus Data Networks, Wireless connectivity, Wi-Fi Networks and Unified Communication technology. Additional beneficial skills include: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, ServiceNow Experience in Idea, Project, and Demand modules, Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects, ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
Engagement Requirements:
Candidates location is preferred to be within Pennsylvania. The work location will be virtual/remote until further notice. When required to be onsite, the work location will be at either The Commission Central Administration Building located at 700 South Eisenhower Boulevard in Middletown, PA, or The Commission Turnpike Industrial Park location located at 2850 Turnpike Industrial Drive, Middletown, PA. In-person interviews or work sessions with stakeholders will be conducted at the Commission facilities in Middletown, PA. Remote connectivity: computer equipment and access to required administrative services and facilities will be provided to vendor resources as required. Computer equipment for use while engaged with the Turnpike may include a laptop, iPad or other tablet device, laptop bag, monitors, wireless keyboard, mouse, or other equipment as required to perform job functions. When an engagement ends, all equipment issued to the vendor resources must be returned to the Commission within 2 weeks of the resources being offboarded. All equipment shall be returned to the Commission in good working condition. The Prime Contractor will be invoiced for any unreturned equipment or equipment damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
