Job Overview:

We are looking for a technically strong Integration Lead with expertise as an Oracle OIC Architect. This role involves designing and developing interfaces between internal and external applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other Oracle Fusion Middleware components. The position is a hybrid role based in Houston, TX, offering a C2C contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of interfaces using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other Oracle Fusion Middleware components (SOA, OSB).
  • Develop reusable components adhering to coding standards and error handling frameworks.
  • Integrate with third-party applications, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
  • Work extensively with cloud implementation approaches and methodologies.
  • Utilize OIC, VBCS, IDCS, fusion extensions, and BI/OTBI Reports for integration solutions.
  • Design and develop integrations using various adapters such as File, DB, BIP, FBDI, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Work with web services and XML technologies including WSDL, SOAP, API, REST, XML, XSD, XSLT, and WS-Security.
  • Configure the OIC Connectivity Agent for on-premises application data transfer.
  • Configure OIC Technical Adapters like File, DB, SOAP, and Rest Adapters.
  • Understand and configure different Application Adapters and their configurations.
  • Play a customer-facing role, participating in ERP Cloud Fit-Gap analysis, integration, report, and extension finalization.
  • Ensure excellent documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem-solving, and solution design skills.

Technical Skills Required:

  • 15+ years of IT experience.
  • Recent experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Previous experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA and OSB).
  • Strong familiarity and experience with Cloud implementation approach and methodology.
  • Hands-on experience with on-premise and Oracle SaaS Integration using DB, File, BIP, FBDI, and Rest/SOAP API based Integration.
  • Experience and understanding of web services and XML technologies (WSDL, SOAP, API, REST, XML, XSD, XSLT, WS-Security).
  • Experience with OIC, VBCS, IDCS, fusion extensions, and BI/OTBI Reports.
  • Experience with calling and consuming RESTful APIs, connecting to file systems, loading, and parsing data, mapping different data formats from and to JSON and XML.
