Job Title: iOS Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled iOS Developer with 10 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality iOS applications. This role requires a deep understanding of the iOS ecosystem and best practices in mobile development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with outside data sources and APIs.
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Maintain code quality and adhere to development best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in iOS development.
  • 10 years of experience in developing native iOS applications.
  • Have published at least one iOS app.
  • Experience with Swift and Objective-C.
  • Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
  • Strong understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
  • Experience with performance and memory debugging.
  • Familiarity with cloud messaging, push notifications, and other mobile technologies.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year
