Job Description: IT Asset Management Analyst
We are seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to join our Client Devices team. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work from either Wayzata, MN or Atlanta, GA. The contract is for 12+ months, with potential for contract-to-hire. You will be responsible for coordinating hardware lifecycle management, ensuring smooth order flow from vendors, and actively managing assets within our system. This role involves significant communication with internal teams, end-users, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware lifecycle coordination, moving from a 6-year to a 48-month lease cycle.
- Ensure smooth flow of orders from vendors for a North America laptop refresh project.
- Actively manage assets within the asset management system; not directly handling devices.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, end-users, and vendors.
- Potential to build dashboards if the candidate has relevant experience (not required).
- Forecasting, coordinating, and refreshing inventory to meet project goals.
- Work with the procurement team to coordinate Purchase Orders (POs) as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in IT Asset Management.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow, specifically its Hardware Asset Management (HAM) tool.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and present findings.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware basics (e.g., difference between 16GB RAM and 32GB RAM, processors, storage).
- Experience in IT Asset Management, with a strong IT background, not solely supply chain.
- PC/Hardware refresh supply chain background.
- Experience with lifecycle coordination.
- Ability to think through the impact of changes on different user roles (plant workers, admins, etc.).
- Ability to take instruction and execute independently.
- Hardware focus is essential; software knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- ServiceNow Hardware Certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong ability to communicate with team members and internal customers.
Additional Information:
This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office. Candidates must be local to either Wayzata, MN or Atlanta, GA (within 20-30 miles). Your resume must indicate your preferred location.
The interview process will involve a video interview with the manager and a senior-level resource on the team.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $40 – $58 per year (Estimated)
