Job Description: IT Delivery Lead (End User Support)
We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Lead with a strong focus on End User Support to join a dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be local to the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery & Integration: Plan and execute infrastructure and application integration activities for End User Experience (EUX) initiatives. Align technical solutions with business objectives and timelines. Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams and track integration Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Project & Change Management: Lead governance, reporting, and risk management processes. Apply appropriate methodologies (Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum) across varied technical teams. Develop comprehensive communication and change plans to support user adoption.
- Testing & Adoption: Oversee system and application testing strategies to ensure quality and functionality. Ensure deployment readiness and monitor post-launch performance to guarantee successful implementation and user satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for execution and change activities, fostering strong relationships with business, technical, and external partners. Facilitate decision-making processes and proactively resolve issues to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery or technology project management.
- 5+ years of experience leading complex change initiatives.
- Strong infrastructure background, with particular expertise in end-user and Microsoft technologies.
- Expertise in Project Management and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, influential, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
