Job Title: IT Product Manager
As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for customer journeys such as Billing, HR, Revenue Management, Procurement & other Business Units. You will work closely with departments across including Marketing, IT, Revenue Management, HR, Treasury, Finance & Accounting. You will be responsible for the overall vision, roadmap, ROI, budget, and competitive analysis for the product.
Objectives of the Role:
- Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs.
- Deliver customer value by analyzing customer needs leveraging design thinking techniques, current market trends, competitive analysis and potential partnerships from an ROI and build versus buy perspective.
- Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners.
- Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments (PI).
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Articulate and conduct stakeholder review sessions and provide regular reporting of the progress made and impediments that need attention.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in product design, technology, or related field
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
- Ability to maintain ROI and budgeting
- Ability to coordinate large scale efforts across multiple disparate teams
- PI Planning Experience
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels
- Proficient with MS Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Certifications:
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
Skill/Experience/Education:
- Mandatory Skills: Bachelors degree in product design, technology or related field, Strong experience in a dynamic product management role. Ability to maintain ROI and budgeting. Ability to coordinate large scale efforts across multiple disparate teams. Ability to inspire a team as if a small business owner. Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels. Proficient with MS Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation & Location
