Job Summary:

Seeking experienced IT Program Managers to oversee projects with a duration of 6-12 months. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical acumen to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Oversee the work of project teams, providing guidance and support.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as an IT Program Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Extensive experience in managing IT projects, with a focus on program management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in developing and managing project budgets and timelines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience with technology programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• 24 years of experience in technology, with a significant portion in program/project management.

• This is an onsite position in New York, NY.
• The contract duration is expected to be 6-12 months.
