Job Title: IT Technical Transition Manager
We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Transition Manager to oversee the successful transition of IT projects and services. This role requires strong leadership, program management, and technical expertise to ensure smooth and efficient transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical transition of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Develop and implement transition plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Coordinate with business, vendor, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and services.
- Oversee IT management activities, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Manage technical programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Provide leadership and direction for application and infrastructure operations during transition phases.
- Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders, including executive leadership, project teams, and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT transitions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:
- IT Technical Transition Management: 5+ years of experience in managing IT transitions, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Matrix Management: Experience in matrix management, effectively leading diverse teams across different functional areas.
- IT Management: 3-5+ years of experience in IT management, including strategic planning, budgeting, and team leadership.
- Technical Program Management: 3-5+ years of experience in technical program management, overseeing complex IT initiatives.
- Operations Leadership: 3-5+ years of experience in application or infrastructure operations leadership, ensuring stability and performance.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
