Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Workplace Services Lead to manage end-user services, desktop engineering, and IT operations. This is a 6-month contract position located onsite in Doral, FL. The role requires extensive experience in ITIL, IT project management, and managing enterprise collaboration tools and endpoint technologies. Candidates must be local to Doral, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-user services, desktop engineering, and IT operations.
- Implement and adhere to ITIL best practices for IT service management.
- Manage enterprise collaboration tools and endpoint technologies, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Utilize the ServiceNow platform for IT service management, incident, problem, and change management.
- Collaborate with vendors to create Statements of Work (SOWs), manage their scope, delivery, and budget.
- Plan and lead large IT projects, ensuring successful execution within defined timelines and budgets.
- Informally lead cross-functional technology teams to achieve project and operational goals.
- Ensure a high level of user support and satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT workplace services and processes.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in End-User Services, Desktop Engineering, IT operations, or similar roles.
- 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise collaboration tools and endpoint technologies.
- 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience in ITIL and IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience collaborating with vendors to create SOWs and managing their scope, delivery, and budget.
- Experience planning and leading large IT projects.
- Experience informally leading cross-functional technology teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLCs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be local to Doral, FL.

Compensation & Location
