Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex, enterprise-grade telecom solutions from concept to deployment. This role requires a deep understanding of Java Reactive principles, Oracle databases, and modern front-end technologies like React JS.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deliver enterprise-grade telecom inventory systems.
- Develop and deliver complex, enterprise-grade telecom solutions from concept to deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Java Reactive (Spring Boot, WebFlux), Oracle, and React JS.
- Hands-on experience with Python and MongoDB.
- Build scalable and resilient systems using the specified technology stack.
- Translate complex telecom business requirements (5G, Core Engineering, Ethernet Backhaul, Edge Networks) into robust technical architectures.
- Define and enforce architectural standards and technical best practices.
- Ensure technical quality and consistency across multiple projects.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to development teams.
- Collaborate effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise-grade telecom inventory systems.
- In-depth experience translating complex telecom business requirements (5G, Core Engineering, Ethernet Backhaul, Edge Networks) into robust technical architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Java Reactive (Spring Boot, WebFlux), Oracle, and React JS.
- Hands-on experience with Python and MongoDB.
- Ability to build scalable and resilient systems.
- Experience defining and enforcing architectural standards and technical best practices.
- Demonstrable experience providing technical leadership and strategic direction.
- Strong understanding of telecom networking and inventory domains.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture and development, with a focus on Java-based solutions.
- Experience in the telecom industry is highly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
