Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services using Java and the Spring Boot framework. You will play a key role in building and implementing a microservices-based architecture for scalable applications, and developing RESTful APIs for both web and mobile platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and implement Microservices-based architecture for scalable applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate effectively with frontend developers, DevOps teams, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Implement secure, reliable, and high-performance backend solutions.
- Work with databases and message queues to ensure smooth data flow and integrity.
- Participate actively in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization to maintain code quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Java backend development.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Information:
This is a long-term contract role. Candidates must be authorized to work as C2C. An in-person interview is required after the initial remote screening round.
Special Requirements
Visa: Only USC or GC. Interview: F2F interview is must after initial round.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)
