Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with experience in the contact center Voice platform space, specifically focusing on Voice domain services. The role involves developing flows for outbound calls, voicemail, inbound voice calls, speech-to-text, agent integration, and SIP to stream conversions. This is a hybrid role requiring local presence in Austin, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Webflux for contact center voice platform services.
- Build and manage call flows including Outbound call, Voicemail, and Inbound voice call services.
- Implement Speech to Text functionalities.
- Integrate with Agent systems.
- Handle SIP to stream conversions.
- Work with Kafka topics for messaging.
- Develop and consume REST APIs.
- Implement real-time communication using WebSockets and streaming.
- Utilize Gradle for build automation.
- Work with MongoDB for data storage.
- Collaborate with Freeswitch framework teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced Java and Java/J2EE experience.
- Strong experience with Spring Webflux.
- Experience with Kafka topics.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Experience with WebSockets and streaming.
- Experience with Gradle builds.
- Experience with MongoDB.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Contact Center Voice platform space.
- Knowledge of Freeswitch framework.
- Experience with Apple products.
- Experience with Aluminum Framework.
Location & Work Arrangement:
- Location: Austin, TX
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Locals only)
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6+ months
