Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project-team leadership, business systems analysis, development, and occasional maintenance support within a Java and React platform architecture. This role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
Job Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Systems Architects, Software Team Leads, and other Software Developers to design, develop, and deploy technical solutions.
- Analyze complex information, design, develop, and troubleshoot database applications.
- Review functional requirements and prepare/document technical program, subsystem, and system designs, including project task descriptions and effort estimates.
- Utilize industry-standard and company-existing systems architecture, design techniques, and development standards. Review new work with others to ensure compliance.
- Document technical requirements, program and subsystem designs, project task descriptions, effort estimates, and unit and integration tests.
- Perform new development, maintenance fixes, and enhancements to meet business requirements.
- Assist other teams in troubleshooting application issues in production, quality assurance, and other environments.
- Develop, review, refine, and use plans for both automated and manual unit and integration tests, ensuring successful completion prior to production.
- Test programs for integration prior to production.
- Mentor other software developers and IT staff members.
- Document resolutions to system problems.
- Document design for system requirements.
Skills Required:
- Education: Bachelors degree (preferably Computer Science or related degree) or equivalent experience.
- Motivation: Highly self-motivated, able to complete tasks with minimal guidance, and learn independently.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team (Product Analysts, QA, UAT, Development, PMO).
- Time Management: Ability to juggle tasks and priorities to meet rapidly changing deadlines.
- Collaboration: Must work with System Architects to review/approve program and subsystem designs.
- Core Technologies: Java, Data Structures & Algorithms, Spring Framework, JDBC and JPA/Hibernate, Advanced Java Concepts, API/API Design.
- Environment: Proficiency in UNIX/Linux and Microsoft Windows distributed computing.
- IDE: Java IDE (preferably IntelliJ IDEA).
- Databases: Relational DB principles using Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Desired Skills:
- Background in Securities/Banking/Financial Services.
- Experience working in a desktop Linux environment.
- Experience working with an issue management system.
- Experience working with a wiki, Confluence.
- Experience with Oracle, Message Queues/Kafka.

Special Requirements
Need Local. Need to come to office for F2F Round of Client Interview and once Selected has to work from office 3 Days a week.
