Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role involves building user-facing interfaces, developing server-side logic, managing databases, and deploying applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (Angular/React) technologies, along with database and DevOps skills. This is a hybrid role requiring local candidates with a Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development: Build user-facing interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and React. Develop server-side logic using Java and Spring Boot.
- Database Management: Design, develop, and maintain relational databases, including SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
- API & Microservices: Develop, test, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, troubleshoot applications, and fix bugs to ensure high-quality software.
- Deployment (DevOps): Deploy code to various environments using containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and QA, in Agile Scrum environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Backend: Strong proficiency in Java 8, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Frontend: Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Database: Experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.
- Tools: Experience with Git, Maven, and CI/CD tools.
- Methodologies: Understanding of Agile development processes.
- Location: Must be local to New York City, NY, with a Driver’s License.
- Visa Status: H1B only.
- Mode: Contract-to-Hire (C2H).
- COI: 5MM COI (Certificate of Insurance) is required from the candidate’s employer (who is running their payroll).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $75 per year (Estimated)
