About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Microservices architecture, and building scalable backend systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to architectural decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems using Java (Java 8/11/17 preferred).
- Build and enhance microservices-based architecture.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise-grade applications.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Handle critical production deployments, implementations, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11/17 preferred).
- Deep understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
- Strong experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ or similar).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
- Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience in financial services or high-transaction systems is a plus.
- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Hyperledger, smart contracts, Web3 concepts, etc.) is a plus.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
