Position Summary: Java Full Stack Developer (Onsite)
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Java Full Stack Developer for an urgent onsite position in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on the full lifecycle of application development, from front-end interfaces to back-end microservices. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications that serve our enterprise clients. This position requires a strong technical foundation in Java and the Spring ecosystem, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Technical Responsibilities
- Backend Development: Design and develop high-quality microservices using Java and the Spring Framework. You will be responsible for implementing business logic, ensuring code quality, and optimizing performance for high-concurrency environments.
- Data Management: Utilize MongoDB for document-based data storage and Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture. You will ensure data integrity and efficient retrieval across distributed systems.
- Observability and Monitoring: Take ownership of Splunk Dashboards and Alert setup. You will use the Splunk Machine Learning Toolkit and other AI tools to gain insights into application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Cloud and Containerization: Deploy and manage applications on OCP (OpenShift Container Platform) and Kubernetes. You will be involved in container orchestration, scaling, and ensuring the reliability of our cloud-native infrastructure.
- Application Performance Management: Utilize APM tools such as SPLOC, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace to monitor application health and set up comprehensive alerting mechanisms.
Operational and Team Requirements
Beyond technical skills, this role requires a high degree of operational responsibility. You will be expected to provide on-call support and participate in monthly after-hour release support to ensure the continuous availability of our services. We are looking for a strong team player who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You should be able to work with minimal guidance, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion. The ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a production environment and provide timely resolutions is critical for success in this role.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $125,000 – $175,000 per year (Estimated)
