Position Summary
DVG Tech Solutions is looking for a talented Java Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic development team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of deep technical expertise in modern Java frameworks and a strong understanding of cloud-native architecture. You will be responsible for building scalable, resilient enterprise applications that leverage Azure cloud services and microservices architecture to deliver exceptional value to our business partners.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable microservices using Java 17+ and Spring Boot, adhering to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces using Angular, Node.js, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, utilizing Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and Azure DevOps for container orchestration and deployment.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate with various data sources including PostgreSQL, Azure Data Lake, and Databricks.
- Implement automated testing strategies using Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable user stories.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Helm to automate the software delivery lifecycle.
- Participate in production support rotations, providing expert troubleshooting and resolution for critical system issues.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for the adoption of tools and practices that improve development efficiency and system security.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development within an enterprise environment.
- Expert knowledge of Java, Spring Framework (Boot, Security, Data), and Hibernate/JPA.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, specifically Angular (v12+) and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Apache Kafka.
- Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases, including performance tuning and schema design.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools including Gradle, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile environment.

Local candidates only; Final round interview must be conducted onsite in Fort Worth, TX.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 per year (Estimated)
