Job Summary:
Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking a talented Java Full Stack Lead for an onsite position in Columbus, OH. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing robust cloud-based solutions using AWS, GCP, or Azure. With expertise in Angular, React, and Java technologies, the architect will drive innovation and efficiency in product development. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly integrate API security and microservices architecture to enhance product offerings. The position involves developing and implementing scalable cloud solutions, designing and maintaining front-end applications, and architecting Java REST Web APIs with a focus on security and performance. You will lead the development of Springboot microservices, leverage Java Fullstack expertise, and apply Java Design Patterns to create robust software solutions. The role also includes providing technical guidance, mentorship, and conducting code reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable cloud solutions using AWS, GCP, or Azure to meet business needs.
- Design and maintain front-end applications using Angular JS, Angular, React, and React JS to ensure optimal user experience.
- Architect and oversee the development of Java REST Web APIs focusing on security and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate API security measures into product architecture.
- Lead the development of Springboot microservices to enhance product modularity and scalability.
- Utilize Java Fullstack expertise to streamline product development processes and improve efficiency.
- Apply Java Design Patterns to create robust and maintainable software solutions.
- Drive innovation by leveraging Core Java skills to solve complex technical challenges.
- Ensure seamless integration of Java Solution Architect principles to align with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative environment.
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure reliability and user satisfaction.
- Design end-to-end Solution Architecture.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Define Integration Strategy with core banking and payment networks.
- Set API design and governance standards.
- Guide Developer Portal Structure for seamless partner onboarding.
- Ensure Architectural Alignment and perform Design reviews.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to guide implementation.
Technical Skills:

Qualifications:
- Experience in Java, Microservices, API required.
- Proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
- Expertise in Angular JS, Angular, React, and React JS for front-end development.
- Strong skills in Java REST Web API development and API security implementation.
- Solid understanding of Springboot microservices architecture.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Java Fullstack development and Java Design Patterns.
- Experience in Core Java and Java Solution Architect principles.
- Good to have: Disbursement + Ledgering domain knowledge, GCP Certifications.
Experience Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java Full Stack development, microservices, and API design. Proven ability to architect scalable cloud solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure is essential. Strong front-end development skills with Angular and React, coupled with deep knowledge of Java backend technologies and Springboot, are required. Experience with API security and a solid understanding of architectural best practices are crucial.
Education Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
