Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will support the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. This is a hybrid role based in Oklahoma City, OK, with a contract type of C2C and an expected duration of 6-12+ months, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning components.
- Assist in building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Perform configuration tasks including Flows, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Process Builder.
- Write SOQL/SOSL queries for data operations and reporting.
- Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Debug, test, and deploy code changes following Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Business Analysts, and senior developers.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Apex.
- Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Data Model (Objects, Relationships).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in a client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Highly Preferred).
- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Exposure to integrations (REST APIs, middleware tools).
- Experience working with US-based clients/projects.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Exposure to AppExchange tools.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $50 – $65 per year (Estimated)
