Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Kinaxis Senior Lead to join our team. This role involves leading Application Management Services (AMS) and Kinaxis development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and efficient incident resolution. The ideal candidate will architect and implement advanced Kinaxis solutions, drive planning initiatives, and engage directly with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This is a contract position based in Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AMS and Kinaxis development teams, delivering high-quality solutions and incident resolution.
- Architect and implement advanced Kinaxis solutions, including planning workbooks, custom fields, and logic.
- Drive Demand & Supply planning initiatives, including Demand.ai, Wahupa, and MEIO modules.
- Engage directly with clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of excellence within the team.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure platform performance and stability.
- Create comprehensive documentation and share best practices with the team and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7-15 years of IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Strong expertise in concurrent planning, S&OP, data modeling, ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle), and security administration.
- Experience with advanced Kinaxis modules such as Demand.ai, Wahupa, or MEIO.
- Proven leadership skills in architect or technical lead roles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role.
