Job Overview: Senior KOFAX Developer
Savi Technologies Inc. is actively seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior KOFAX Developer to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN. This is an exciting 6-month contract opportunity for a professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge document capture and process automation technologies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions using Kofax Total Agility (KTA) and Kofax Capture, integrating them with various systems, and contributing to our AWS-hosted application ecosystem. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Kofax Total Agility (KTA) and Kofax Capture solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Kofax platforms and other enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, .NET, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Utilize .NET development expertise to build custom components, workflows, and integrations within the Kofax environment.
- Work with AWS-hosted applications, contributing to the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based solutions.
- Apply knowledge of Prompt Engineering within AI models to enhance Kofax capabilities and explore innovative automation opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Kofax applications and integrations.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines throughout the development process.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures thoroughly.
- Actively participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Manage tasks and projects effectively using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Kofax, .NET, AWS, and AI technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of hands-on, in-depth experience with Kofax Total Agility (KTA), including solution design, development, and deployment.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Kofax Capture, encompassing form design, document processing, and integration.
- Over 8 years of professional experience in .NET development, demonstrating proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with and developing for AWS-hosted applications, including familiarity with core AWS services.
- Proven hands-on experience in integrating and building robust RESTful APIs.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering within AI models, showcasing an understanding of how to optimize AI interactions.
- Demonstrated experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving project requirements.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
