Job Summary:

MTA is seeking a Kronos Senior Business Analyst Lead to support the critical upgrade from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM). This role is pivotal in consolidating multiple WFC instances into a single UKG Pro WFM instance, managing complex integrations, and ensuring seamless data transfer with PeopleSoft HRMS and other legacy systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of stakeholder management, business requirements, and PeopleSoft development and testing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business analysis efforts for the Kronos/UKG Pro WFM upgrade project.
  • Consolidate five existing Kronos Workforce Central instances into a single UKG Pro WFM instance.
  • Manage and oversee complex integrations between WFM systems and other enterprise applications.
  • Ensure seamless and accurate data transfer between UKG Pro WFM, PeopleSoft HRMS, and other legacy systems.
  • Develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage expectations across various departments.
  • Develop comprehensive test scripts and lead testing efforts for the upgraded system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on system design and implementation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other business analysts on the team.
  • Ensure the successful adoption and utilization of the new WFM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst Lead, with a strong focus on Kronos or UKG Pro WFM implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience in consolidating multiple WFM instances.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing test scripts and leading testing efforts for complex systems.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and middleware, particularly Kronos Boomi.
  • Expertise in PeopleSoft HRMS and its integration with WFM systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Reporting Structure:

This role reports directly to the MTA Kronos Program Manager.

Location:

Remote. Some onsite work may be required as necessary.
