Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Kronos Workforce Central Consultant to support a critical upgrade project. This role is essential for consolidating multiple Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) instances into a single, unified UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) instance. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex integrations and ensuring a seamless data transfer process with PeopleSoft HRMS and other legacy systems. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, NY, requiring a strong blend of technical expertise and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the upgrade project from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
- Consolidate five existing WFC instances into a single UKG Pro WFM instance.
- Manage and oversee complex integrations between WFM systems and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure seamless and accurate data transfer with PeopleSoft HRMS and other legacy systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive test scripts and lead testing efforts for the new WFM system.
- Facilitate stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide expertise on Kronos Boomi integration tools and middleware.
- Leverage knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS and its integration capabilities with WFM systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst Lead or Senior Consultant with a strong focus on Kronos or UKG Pro WFM implementations.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex system upgrades and integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in developing detailed test scripts and leading comprehensive testing cycles.
- Familiarity with integration tools and middleware, specifically Kronos Boomi.
- In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS and its integration with Workforce Management solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
