About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Engineer/Architect to join our dynamic, fully remote team. This is a critical role where you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. You will be instrumental in building custom models, defining AI strategies, and developing robust data pipelines. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in full-stack Python development, GenAI applications, and extensive experience with cloud platforms like Azure and GCP. You will manage development tasks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of AI solutions in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI/ML Development: Lead the design, development, and testing of full-stack Python applications, focusing on AI/ML models for data analytics, prediction, and forecasting.
- GenAI & RAG: Design and implement Generative AI (GenAI) applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture in production settings.
- Data Pipelines: Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines and document processing workflows, leveraging vector databases such as MongoDB Atlas.
- Cloud Deployment: Deploy and maintain AI applications on major cloud platforms, including Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- AgenticAI & MCP: Integrate and leverage AgenticAI and MCP technologies within AI solutions.
- Project Leadership: Manage and coordinate development tasks, collaborating effectively with internal and external teams to ensure project success.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, delivering high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear updates and comprehensive documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- AI Expertise: Proven expertise in AI technologies and frameworks.
- Python Full Stack: Extensive experience in full-stack Python development (frontend, backend, API).
- GenAI & RAG Experience: Demonstrated success in designing and deploying GenAI applications using RAG in production, with hands-on experience building document ingestion pipelines with vector databases (MongoDB Atlas preferred).
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing development tasks and coordinating teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent Work: Ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Data Analytics: Solid background in data analytics, prediction, and forecasting using AI/ML models.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience deploying AI applications to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
- AgenticAI/MCP Familiarity: Familiarity with AgenticAI and MCP technologies.
- Healthcare Background: Must have a strong background in the Healthcare industry. Experience in HC + Retail is a significant plus.
