Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions for our healthcare clients. You will be responsible for leading AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring the successful integration of AI technologies to solve complex business problems.

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML models and algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and data scientists.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and systems.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects, preferably within the healthcare domain.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
  • Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Experience with MLOps practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year
