Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Engineer to architect and build cutting-edge agentic systems. This role involves designing scalable backend services, developing responsive frontend interfaces for human-AI collaboration, and implementing robust production deployment pipelines. You will be instrumental in optimizing AI performance, ensuring quality assurance for non-deterministic AI behaviors, and managing prompt engineering strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect scalable agentic systems leveraging advanced AI capabilities like Claude’s thinking, tool use, and computer use.
- Build resilient backend services and APIs to orchestrate agent workflows, manage context windows, and handle asynchronous AI operations.
- Develop responsive frontend interfaces that visualize agent reasoning processes and facilitate effective human-AI collaboration.
- Implement production deployment pipelines including comprehensive monitoring, error handling, and graceful degradation strategies.
- Establish rigorous quality assurance processes, with a focus on testing the non-deterministic nature of AI behaviors.
- Optimize prompt engineering, context management, and token utilization to maximize efficiency and accuracy in production workloads.
- Understand and mitigate LLM limitations, prompt injection risks, and AI safety considerations.

- Experience with Anthropic’s APIs and Claude Code.
