Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in business process analysis within the healthcare industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead process improvement initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with healthcare regulations and compliance standards. The position is based in Virginia Beach, VA, with a requirement for Day 1 onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes within the healthcare sector.
• Conduct detailed business process mapping, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical staff, and management, to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business analysis documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and use cases.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and validate business needs.
• Ensure that all proposed solutions comply with relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and industry best practices.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables related to business process improvements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics (APPS) for technical analysis and business solutions.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of business processes in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Project management skills to oversee the implementation of new processes and systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (APPS) – General Technical Business Analysis.

Qualifications:

• 11+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Additional Information:

• This is a 12+ month contract position.
• The role requires Day 1 onsite presence in Virginia Beach, VA.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
