Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Cloud Solutions Architect with a specialized focus on HR Technologies to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position requiring a minimum of 13 years of professional experience in information technology and cloud architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive HR Technology domain architectures that integrate complex processes, applications, data, and technology solutions. You will align these solutions with enterprise architecture directions and standards to solve critical business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform technical planning, architecture development, and modification of specifications for HR technology platforms.
  • Develop detailed specifications for new products, services, and service offerings within the cloud ecosystem.
  • Assess the compatibility and integration of proposed products and services to ensure a cohesive architecture across interdependent technologies.
  • Lead the design of integrated processes and data flows between HR systems and other enterprise applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and development teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
  • Ensure all architectural designs adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards.

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum of 13 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on Cloud Architecture.
  • Proven expertise in HR Technology domains (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with integrated process design, data modeling, and application integration.
  • Strong background in technical planning and modification of complex system specifications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $190,000 – $250,000 per year (Estimated)
