Job Overview:
Looking for a Lead Data Scientist (13+ yrs) with strong Insurance domain experience to drive AI/ML & GenAI initiatives.
Key Focus:
- Build & deploy scalable AI/ML solutions
- Automate underwriting, claims & risk processes
- Drive innovation with GenAI frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph)
Must Have:
- Expertise in GenAI (RAG, Agentic AI, LLMs)
- Strong Python + ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with fraud detection, risk modeling, claims automation
- Hands-on Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) deployment
- Leadership experience managing data science teams
Special Requirements
Location: Chicago, IL | Hybrid (4 days onsite). Local Candidates only. Visa: USC/ H4 EAD/ GC EAD/ H1B.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)
