Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead ETL Data Migration Developer to lead critical data conversion and integration initiatives across multiple state and county systems. This role will be responsible for end-to-end data migration efforts, as well as managing ongoing batch interface processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end data migration including design, development, and implementation.
  • Design scalable data conversion and migration strategies.
  • Develop and manage daily batch interface processes with state and county systems.
  • Analyze legacy data sources and perform accurate data transformation and loading.
  • Build and optimize ETL processes, scripts, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data migration and interface issues.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in data migration, ETL development, and data integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL and data transformation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale data conversion projects.
  • Experience with batch processing and interface development.
  • Solid understanding of data quality, cleansing, and validation techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • 12+ years of experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with eICM systems or similar case management platforms.
  • Exposure to state and county system integrations.

Additional Notes

  • Candidates should have strong experience working in complex, multi-system environments.
  • Ability to handle high-volume data and ensure accuracy across systems is critical.
  • Relocation is offered for this position.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $94 per year (Estimated)
