Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Developer or Lead Python Developer with hands-on experience in DevOps, Jenkins, and Terraform. This is an onsite position requiring a Face-to-Face (F2F) interview.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust Java or Python applications.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Assess and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Senior Software Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Java or Python.
- Extensive experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins for build and deployment automation.
- Proficiency in using Terraform for infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Information:
- This is a contract position.
- Local candidates to San Jose, CA are preferred.
- Face-to-Face interview is required this week.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
