Role: Lead .NET Developer (Strong AWS)

We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead with strong AWS expertise to design, develop, and lead scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in .NET Core, Angular, AWS services, and DevOps practices, along with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management (Trade domain) is a plus.

Key Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, MVC
  • UI experience with Angular, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery
  • Strong knowledge of OOP concepts & design patterns
  • Experience with NFRs: Exception handling, caching, logging, security
  • Experience with AWS services: ECS, EKS, API Gateway, Lambda, IAM
  • Knowledge of ElastiCache (Redis/Memcached)
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools
  • Source control: Git, TFS
  • Strong exposure to Unit Testing / TDD and code reviews

Certification:

  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (to be completed within 2 months)

Additional Information:

This is a long-term, onsite position located in Fort Mill, SC. The role requires strong leadership and technical skills in .NET development and AWS cloud services. The candidate will be responsible for leading development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable applications. Experience in the financial or banking sector, particularly in Asset & Wealth Management, is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software development best practices, including SOLID principles, design patterns, and test-driven development (TDD). Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools is essential for streamlining the development and deployment process. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (EKS) is also expected.

Communication and collaboration skills are paramount, as the Lead Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and other engineers. The ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide clear technical guidance is crucial for success in this role.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Fort Mill, SC
