Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) professional with extensive experience in Oracle HCM interfaces. This techno-functional role requires a deep understanding of OIC technologies, integration patterns, and best practices for implementing and supporting complex integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM interfaces (Core HR, Absences, OTL).
  • Act as a techno-functional consultant, providing expertise on OIC integrations and Oracle HCM modules.
  • Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and deliver effective integration solutions.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices and client-specific needs.
  • Develop and configure detailed solutions for complex projects, acting as an independent contributor.
  • Manage transformations and orchestration of interfaces between various systems.
  • Implement robust fault handling and error resolution mechanisms for integrations.
  • Develop customizations using Visual Builder, APEX, or VBCS as needed.
  • Utilize SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and management.
  • Work with Oracle Autonomous Database (ATP DB).
  • Configure OIC connections (SOAP, REST, FTR, etc.).
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for all integration solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and support integration issues, including raising Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle and coordinating issue resolution.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving complex integration problems.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
  • Participate in business development activities and client-facing roles.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • At least 2 end-to-end implementation expertise on Oracle HCM interfaces using OIC.
  • Strong techno-functional expertise in OIC technologies, including pre-built adapters, REST/SOAP web services, File Based Data Import/Export (FBDI), and HDL.
  • Experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with Oracle Autonomous Database (ATP DB).
  • Experience in configuring OIC connections (SOAP, REST, FTR, etc.).
  • Proven ability to document technical solutions thoroughly.
  • Experience in raising SRs with Oracle and coordinating issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and requirement gathering workshops.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Personal drive, flexibility, teamwork, problem-solving, influencing, negotiating, organizational awareness, and sensitivity.
  • Experience in engagement delivery, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
  • Client management skills.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Understanding of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absences, OTL).
  • Experience with HCM Extracts and BI Reports.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology and Jira Board.

About the Company:

The hiring company is Ruri Software Technologies. This is an onsite contract position located in Chelmsford, MA.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year
