Position Summary
Tek Inspirations LLC is looking for a Lead Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) to serve as the technical authority for a major end-to-end digital transformation program. This is a remote position requiring a high level of expertise in Pega Infinity architecture and the ability to lead multiple Agile teams through complex enterprise implementations. The role involves owning the architecture, solution design, and technical delivery of enterprise-grade Pega applications within the Insurance or Financial Services domains.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical authority for large-scale Pega digital transformation initiatives.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that strictly adhere to Pega guardrails and enterprise standards.
- Lead the design and implementation of Pega applications, including case management, complex workflows, and UI frameworks.
- Provide technical governance across multiple Agile teams, ensuring consistency in implementation and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor other architects and developers, conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting a culture of technical excellence.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs in collaboration with Product Owners and Enterprise Architects.
- Oversee sophisticated integrations using REST/SOAP, APIs, and messaging patterns.
- Manage CI/CD activities, environment readiness, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Lead performance tuning and troubleshooting efforts for enterprise-level Pega environments.
- Promote the use of reusable components and delivery standards across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years of Pega engineering experience with a focus on architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Pega Infinity (8.x/9.x), including case design, rulesets, and data modeling.
- Proven experience leading multi-team Pega delivery efforts in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience deploying Pega solutions in cloud or hybrid environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Exposure to Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), decisioning, or marketing frameworks.
- Background in Insurance or Financial Services modernization programs.
- Experience with Pega’s latest UI frameworks (Constellation/React).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130 – $170 per year (Estimated)
