Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager with a strong background in MarTech, digital platforms, or customer experience technology. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and a proven track record of owning digital platforms and building scalable solutions. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MarTech and digital platforms.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, design, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new opportunities and validate product ideas.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Ensure product development aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable value.
  • Manage product backlogs, write user stories, and work with agile development teams.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and use analytics to track product performance.
  • Navigate and ensure compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA/GDPR regulations, particularly within the financial services industry.
  • Drive decisions across multiple business units and ensure alignment on product strategy.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on MarTech, digital platforms, or customer experience technology.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise communications platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar.
  • Proven experience owning digital platforms and building scalable solutions for multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile operating models and using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong understanding of data-driven communications and trigger-based engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA/GDPR compliance.

Location and Employment Type

This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be local to New York, NY; Irving, TX; Baltimore, MD; or Charlotte, NC. The position is open to US Citizens, Green Card (GC), and H4 EAD candidates only.

Hybrid – MUST BE LOCAL TO THE LOCATIONS ABOVE. Open to US Citizens, Green Card (GC), and H4 EAD candidates only. Experience navigating TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA/GDPR compliance within a highly regulated industry (Financial Services preferred).


Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
