About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Python GenAI Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for developing and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications that drive innovation and provide significant business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI solutions using Python.
  • Build and manage multi-agent systems and LLM-based applications.
  • Utilize frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to orchestrate complex AI workflows.
  • Implement Agentic AI principles, including agent orchestration, memory management, and goal decomposition.
  • Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including vector databases, embeddings, and document processing.
  • Ensure robust agent observability and implement evaluation frameworks for AI models.
  • Leverage Azure Cloud services, including Azure OpenAI, AKS, App Services, Key Vault, and App Insights, for deploying and managing AI solutions.
  • Familiarize with MCP, A2A, and other advanced agentic protocols.
  • Apply strong system design principles, including microservices architecture, API design, and secure system development.
  • Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and adhere to DevOps best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear communication and technical guidance.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python development.
  • Expertise in building GenAI solutions using LLMs and multi-agent systems.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts (agent orchestration, memory, goal decomposition).
  • Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and document pipelines.
  • Knowledge of agent observability and evaluation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud (Azure OpenAI, AKS, App Services, Key Vault, App Insights).
  • Familiarity with MCP, A2A, and latest agentic protocols.
  • Strong system design skills (microservices, APIs, secure architecture).
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agent Factory / multi-agent ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps frameworks.
  • Experience with structured & unstructured data integration in GenAI.
  • Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI practices.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI Studio and Prompt Flow.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring developers.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
