Position Summary
Stellarwins Solutions is looking for a visionary Lead React Native Developer to spearhead the development of next-generation mobile and web applications within the healthcare sector. This remote role is designed for a technical leader who can architect robust, secure, and scalable platforms for both patients and clinicians. You will be at the forefront of integrating React Native with Azure cloud services, ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of performance and enterprise readiness. With a focus on healthcare-grade privacy and security, you will guide the engineering team through complex technical challenges in a regulated environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of React Native applications, utilizing React Native Web to share components across mobile and web platforms.
- Integrate mobile applications with Azure backend services, including App Services, API Management, Azure AD/OIDC, and Azure Functions.
- Establish and enforce high engineering standards, focusing on TypeScript best practices, reusable component libraries, and comprehensive testing strategies.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to ensure seamless and reliable app releases.
- Monitor application performance and telemetry using Azure Monitor and App Insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Security teams to deliver accessible (WCAG compliant) and user-centric healthcare solutions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Technical Qualifications
- Over 12 years of total software engineering experience, with at least 7 years in professional development and 3+ years in a leadership or tech lead capacity.
- Expert-level proficiency in React Native, React, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with the Azure ecosystem, specifically Key Vault, API Management, and Azure Active Directory.
- Deep understanding of mobile build and release tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, and Fastlane.
- Experience with REST and GraphQL API integrations in a secure, healthcare-regulated context.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Jest, Detox, and React Testing Library.
- Knowledge of native mobile development (Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java) for creating custom modules is highly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,000 – $245,000 per year (Estimated)
