Role Summary
We are seeking a visionary Lead React Native Developer to drive the design and development of high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications in Miami, FL. This onsite leadership role requires a deep technical expert who can bridge the gap between React Native and native iOS/Android components. The Lead will be responsible for making critical architectural decisions, mentoring a team of developers, and delivering secure, scalable mobile solutions that meet the highest industry standards. With a requirement of 10-15 years of overall experience, this position is designed for a seasoned professional who has spent at least 4 years mastering React Native and native integration.
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Architect and implement React Native solutions with robust native bridges for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Java/Kotlin).
- Optimize rendering strategies using React Native Fiber architecture to ensure concurrent rendering and memory efficiency.
- Build and maintain native modules to expose platform-specific features, ensuring seamless communication between React Native and native SDKs.
- Lead the implementation of advanced functionalities such as mobile payments, deep linking, and offline support.
- Drive state management excellence using Redux, MobX, or Zustand to handle complex application states.
- Oversee the integration of GraphQL and REST APIs, ensuring efficient data fetching and synchronization.
- Utilize performance profiling tools to identify and resolve bottlenecks across different mobile platforms.
Responsibilities & Team Management
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews to enforce best practices and maintain high code quality.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance on React Native CLI and modern JavaScript (ES6+) patterns.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver feature roadmaps.
- Implement mobile security best practices, ensuring all applications comply with App Store and Play Store security guidelines.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Oversee release management processes, ensuring smooth submissions to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Drive test automation strategies using Jest, React Native Testing Library, and Appium.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in TypeScript and the React Native ecosystem. Hands-on experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin) is mandatory. Exposure to cloud services such as Firebase, AWS Amplify, or Azure Mobile Apps is highly preferred. The candidate must have a proven track record of leading mobile teams and delivering complex applications from conception to launch. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work onsite in Miami are required for this leadership position.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $160,000 – $210,000 per year (Estimated)
