Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead SailPoint Developer to lead the implementation and development of SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert for SailPoint and support the full lifecycle of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives, including design, development, integration, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SailPoint platform and provide technical guidance across IAM initiatives.
  • Develop and customize SailPoint components such as connectors, rules, workflows, certifications, and forms.
  • Work with technologies including Java, Bean, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL to build and integrate solutions.
  • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud applications.
  • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and manage technical improvements within the IAM platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across distributed environments.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Bean scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Must have previous experience with Capital One systems or projects.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Plano, TX
