Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions for a leading financial services client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, hands-on coding, and leadership capabilities to guide development teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers
- Design scalable and secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and ETL tools
- Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization
- Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to long-term technology strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce development
- Strong hands-on experience in: Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows & Process Builder
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and security model
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Proficiency in Git, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Application/System Architect (preferred)
- Experience in Financial Services / Banking domain (highly preferred)
- Exposure to MuleSoft or other integration platforms
- Knowledge of Data Migration and Data Modeling

Compensation & Location
Salary: $75 – $95 per year
