Job Description:

  • 15 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development
  • Experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform which should include: Lightning Web Components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, flow, and declarative platform tools. (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Mobile
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and data architecture
  • Excellent problem-solving, partnering, communication, negotiation skills, and execution in working with various Technology or partner Teams
  • Ability to articulate (verbally / visually) ideas, approach, concepts, options, risk, impact, and provides guidance to technical, non-technical, and Leadership audiences
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments, whether administrative or project related, while maintaining a successful level of completion in all responsible work
  • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and automations
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems
  • Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and data integrity
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, QA, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce best practices

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
