Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Agentforce for Marketing professional to architect and lead end-to-end solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing automation, data strategy, and integration, with a focus on leveraging AI and personalization to drive business objectives. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex marketing initiatives for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Agentforce for Marketing implementations. Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business objectives. Define robust data models, integration patterns, and automation strategies. Establish best practices for multi-channel campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and web personalization.
- Implementation & Delivery: Oversee the implementation of core Marketing Cloud modules such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio. Design and implement Agentforce-driven marketing workflows and AI-powered engagement strategies. Collaborate closely with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical leadership throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Integration & Data Strategy: Architect seamless integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM systems, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and various third-party platforms. Define comprehensive data governance policies, advanced segmentation strategies, and customer data unification approaches. Ensure data quality, compliance with privacy regulations, and security across all marketing systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner effectively with marketing, IT, and business teams to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Innovation & Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and personalization techniques to enhance marketing performance and customer engagement. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, customer journeys, and system performance for maximum impact. Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce ecosystem updates and emerging marketing technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing technology or CRM solution architecture.
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering complex marketing automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and/or other server-side scripting languages relevant to SFMC.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agentforce for Marketing or similar AI-driven marketing platforms.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Architect, Salesforce Solution Architect).
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and personalization engines.
- Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data compliance frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
