About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Scrum Master to join our team and drive Agile transformation within our BPR & CRM initiatives. This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SAP integration, and CRM systems. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, mentoring teams, and ensuring successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor and coach Scrum teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee SAP integration projects and CRM system implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile framework.
  • Track project progress, identify risks and impediments, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the product backlog.
  • Manage multiple enterprise initiatives concurrently in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach delivering enterprise projects.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with SAP environments, system integrations, and enterprise platforms.
  • Expertise in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery management.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and customer engagement systems.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX and customer experience improvements.
  • Experience with reporting, metrics tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple enterprise initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Harrisburg, PA
