Job Overview
Nitya Software is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Node.js and Conversational AI to join their team. This role is crucial for developing and enhancing cutting-edge chatbot and voice bot solutions, particularly within the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in modern JavaScript frameworks, cloud-native architecture, and CI/CD practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Node.js-based applications and services.
- Develop and deploy sophisticated conversational AI solutions using platforms like Dialogflow on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Integrate AI solutions with contact center technologies and other relevant systems.
- Architect and build microservices and APIs adhering to cloud-native principles.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and other DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of developed solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Node.js, AI, and cloud computing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on Node.js and JavaScript.
- Expertise in developing conversational AI, chatbots, and voice bots, preferably with Dialogflow on GCP.
- Hands-on experience with contact center technologies and their integration.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud-native development.
- Proficiency in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Financial Services domain.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks.
