Job Overview:
Siri Info Solutions Inc. is seeking experienced Low Code / No Code Developers with a strong focus on Mendix to join our remote team. This role is crucial for supporting rapid application development initiatives, requiring candidates to design, develop, and enhance applications while collaborating closely with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess 5-8+ years of application development experience, with at least 3 years specifically on platforms like Mendix. We are looking for individuals who can ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications, and integrate them seamlessly with backend systems and APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Design, develop, and enhance applications using low-code/no-code platforms, with a primary focus on Mendix.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Scalability & Performance: Ensure applications are designed for scalability, optimal performance, and robust security.
- System Integration: Integrate applications with backend systems, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Platform Expertise: Leverage Mendix expertise to build and deploy applications efficiently. Certifications in Mendix are highly preferred.
- Rapid Ramp-Up: Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and customer-facing roles.
- Adjacent Platforms: While Mendix is the primary focus, flexibility with adjacent low-code platforms is a plus.
- Team Mix: Contribute to an onshore/offshore team mix, leveraging diverse talent pools to meet project demands.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Overall Experience: 5-8+ years in application development.
- Mendix Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Mendix platform.
- Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in low-code/no-code development principles and practices.
- Technical Skills: Experience with application design, development, integration with backend systems and APIs.
- Soft Skills: Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Certifications: Mendix certifications are highly desirable.
