Position Summary
Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior M365 Administrator with Architect-level knowledge to lead and manage a large-scale Microsoft 365 environment. This role is based in Plano, TX, and operates within an Agile Scrum framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end administration, governance, and optimization of M365 services, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for a diverse user base. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of deep technical expertise and strategic thinking.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the full Microsoft 365 Suite, including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, Stream, Viva, and Office.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex, escalated issues, including direct collaboration with Microsoft support.
- Manage SharePoint and Azure AD app registrations to support enterprise integrations.
- Lead large-scale migrations from file shares and legacy systems to SharePoint Online and Teams using tools like ShareGate and the SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT).
- Develop, test, and deploy PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, licensing, and tenant-wide configurations.
- Design and enforce tenant governance standards and system documentation.
- Monitor M365 service health, security compliance, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team to deliver iterative improvements and support business objectives.
- Provide after-hours support for critical system issues as needed.
Technical Expertise Required
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years of dedicated Microsoft Teams Administration and significant hands-on experience with the Power Platform. Architect-level knowledge of SharePoint is essential for designing scalable site structures and governance models. Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for identity management, conditional access, and licensing is a core requirement. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to the rapid release cycle of Microsoft 365, staying current with new features and security enhancements. Experience with automation through PowerShell is critical for managing large-scale environments efficiently.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $175,000 per year (Estimated)
