Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer/Lead with expertise in batch jobs to join our team. This role requires a strong background in mainframe development and a good understanding of cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with various mainframe tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Mainframe Batch Jobs.
- Lead and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Integrate mainframe solutions with cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mainframe batch processing.
Required Skills:
- 12+ Years of experience as a Mainframe Developer.
- Expertise in Mainframe Batch Jobs.
- Experience in Mainframe and cloud integration.
- Proficiency in OPC, Autosys, Endevor, Splunk, Kibana, Savers, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Special Requirements
Interview Process: Video (2 Rounds). Work Schedule: Onsite.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $114,400 – $114,400 per year (Estimated)
